ADJUSTABLE TO SIX POSITIONS: The bench can be adjusted to 6 different levels of incline, ranging from 120 degrees for sitting exercises such as dumbbell curls, down to 180 degrees for bench press and fly.
FOOT/KNEE BRACES & ADDITIONAL RESISTANCE BANDS – The bench includes built-in foot and knee braces with soft foam padding to allow you to perform sit-ups and crunches more effectively. It also includes a pair of resistance bands with large grips; enabling you to perform resistance exercises without the need for additional weights.
HEAVY-DUTY CONSTRUCTION, COMFORTABLE, FOLDABLE & EASY TO CLEAN: Sturdy durable tubular steel frame construction; providing stability and safety for your exercise at all incline levels. High-density foam padding on the seat allows for a comfortable workout. The PVC outer is hard-wearing and easy to clean. The bench also folds away when not needed for easy storage.
